Shipping & Returns

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location, via our courier partners.

• Free shipping on orders above ₹499.00.
• A flat shipping charge of ₹49.00 applies to orders below that.
• We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available yet.
• Once your order is dispatched, the carrier name and tracking link are available on Track your order.

Tracking is provided by our courier partners — we don't operate our own delivery fleet, so once an order is dispatched, delivery-window questions are best answered by the courier's own tracking page (linked from your order).

Because our products are consumables, we can't accept returns for change of mind. We do accept returns in the following cases, within 7 days of delivery:

• The item arrived damaged or leaking.
• You received the wrong product or variant.
• The item was missing from your order.

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
